Results!
The end of the five-week fitness boot camp has arrived, and the results are in. After going throgh the camp, I was able to:
But the biggest change is that I lost 8.5 lbs and 5% body fat over that period. Woo hoo!
Next camp starts on Monday. We'll compare results again at the end of that experience.

- Shave 3 seconds off my 400M lap time (from 1:57 to 1:54)
- Add 4 situps in 60 seconds (from 21 to 25, and that was after a strange popping noise in my back slowed me down)
- Add a whole bunch of pushups (from 10 full/15 modified to 17 full/20 modified)
